Aquest projecte és un marc d'espai quadrat / alçada 16 metres / longitud total 30 metres / amplitud total 18 metres

1. La instal·lació del marc espacial d'acer s'ha de dur a terme després de l'acceptació de l'eix de l'estructura inferior i el tauler encastat.Els requisits per al suport inferior són: la diferència d'alçada entre suports adjacents (distància L2): el valor menor de L2/800 i 10 mm, a la mateixa cota Diferència d'alçada entre el suport més alt i el més baix: 20 mm;

2. Determineu el procés d'instal·lació del marc espacial d'acer segons la força i les característiques estructurals de la xarxa i les condicions reals de construcció al lloc;

3. Un cop instal·lat el marc espacial d'acer, s'ha de comprovar:

a.El valor permès de la desviació de la longitud lateral vertical i horitzontal és 1/2000 de la longitud i no ha de ser superior a 30 mm;

b.El valor permès del desplaçament central ha de ser 1/3000 de l'envergadura del marc espacial d'acer i no ha de ser superior a 30 mm;

c.Per al marc de malla suportat per la perifèria, la desviació d'alçada permesa és 1/400 del suport adjacent i no ha de ser superior a 15 mm, i el màxim i el mínim no han de ser superiors a 30 mm;per al marc de malla suportat per múltiples punts, la desviació d'alçada admissible és 1/800 del suport adjacent i no ha de ser superior a 30 mm;

d.Detectar la deflexió de la xarxa segons les especificacions i requisits de disseny.Després de la construcció, la deflexió del marc espacial d'acer no ha de ser superior al 115% del valor de càlcul del disseny.(Valor de deflexió màxim del marc de quadrícula L/250)

4. Si hi ha boles de soldadura localment, s'utilitza la soldadura de ranura per soldar la bola de soldadura i la vareta, i el grau de soldadura no ha de ser inferior al segon grau.

5. Un cop finalitzada la instal·lació del marc espacial d'acer, la superfície de les juntes i les barres del marc espacial ha d'estar neta i lliure de cicatrius i brutícia.Les juntes i l'excés de forats de les juntes de boles dels cargols s'han d'omplir i segellar amb greix.

6. Durant l'ús de la xarxa, s'ha de realitzar un manteniment anticorrosió integral cada 4 o 5 anys.

If there are welding balls locally, groove welding is used for welding the welding ball and the rod, and the welding seam grade should not be lower than the second grade. 5. After the installation of the grid frame is completed, the surface of the joints and rods should be clean and free of scars and dirt. The joints and excess holes of the bolt ball joints should be filled and sealed with grease. 6. During the use of the grid, comprehensive anti-corrosion maintenance should be carried out every 4 to 5 years.
